We know there are good & bad days. My family have been patronizing the Oakwood store well over two years. For the most part, we've never had a bad experience. The waiters/waitresses are Awesome! They provide excellent services! I realized times are tough throughout this unexpected pandemic (Covid-19)! During the times when the dining room was closed, we patronized the curbside service when it was available. Service was good, food portions were decent and tasty. On today's visit we still continue to patronize the curbside service. The ribs were SMALL and burnt, along with the sausage. The sides were very SMALL portions. If the small portions are going to be continuously served, then you will lose a lot of customers!!!!!!

Good portion size, great service. I'd like to recommend this pork and chicken combo. In the end it was too much to eat but worth the money for sure. They have a good smoke flavor and let you sauce to your own taste which I love. Also have an outdoor patio for your nice days and evenings.

Neil was absolutely amazing we were there 2 weeks ago and had him as our server. He was very friendly and personable. Today we didn't have him but he remembered us and made it a point to come over to our table and ask how we were. As a 33 year food and beverage manager at a major parks and resorts I would love to have him on my team. Thank you for going above and beyond

Great food! Excellent staff, very customer service oriented! They practice social distancing and sanitizing, as well as using masks! Pleasure to eat at this establishment, we'll definitely return.
